General characteristics of the Dinaric karst is Slovenia and Serbia were compared. Common project activities included the comparison of two particular case studies of karst investigations: in Slovenia the case-studies of the use of tracer tests with artificial tracers in hydrogeological researches on karst, and in Serbia of the impact of sawmill by-products degradation on karst groundwater in Western Serbia.
